Our Approach

Our focus, as a Trust, is to provide the right environment for our academies to thrive in.

We place a high value on celebrating the uniqueness and diversity of our academies and aim to harness best practice. We want our academies, our staff, and the children we serve to achieve more, do better and go on to brighter futures than would be the case outside of the TLET family.

Central to our success is recognising that we are stronger together and, it is through collaboration and partnership, that we are more than the sum of our parts.

The TLET Central Team provide expertise in strategic leadership, school improvement, finance, estates, business operations, safeguarding, HR, marketing and PR, legal and IT to our academies with the intention of making it easier for others to do their job. Our Central Team work in partnership with our academy leaders to ensure that support is tailored to the needs of each academy.

We are proud of the way we improve our academies, working in partnership with academy leaders to provide a strategic approach to improving the working environment for our staff, and outcomes for our pupils and students. We aim to unburden academy leaders and give them the tools and space they need to innovate and deliver impactful change.
